Can you play Cash and Tournaments at the same time?

When the tournaments is slow, I play cash games to keep my eyes open.

I do this sometimes but are not good. I think is not ok to play 2 different styles in the same time

Hello, DerlyGR! Sometimes I'm playing at once and in the tournaments and for the cash tables, but by one important condition:
when I have a very good, as physical, so and mental form in the same time! Nothing more and nothing less!

You can, but it's not a great idea.
As you said, different styles for those two.
When the clock is ticking and you go out of seconds, sometimes you wont be able to take decisions according to the type of game, but only taking into consideration your hand. And that could lead to a bad decision
