So I just read the article on cardschat about how Daniel Negreanu lost over 80 grand last year despite winnings of over 2 million. His buy ins were more than his winnings. It got me thinking can anyone really make money playing poker? I mean if Negreanu is loosing $ how do us mere mortals have any chance? Ha Ha. Maybe there are just so many good players now and luck plays such a big hand it is impossible to make money even if you are as talented as Daniel. Thoughts?

I play freerolls. Don't often win but it's a great past time. When I do deposit I do minimum and play micros. And still don't really win lol. But its just for the love of the game. I also play live friendly poker and most often do make some money.
