It seems like a compliment but seems very old fashioned of him to say that. Theres plenty of bad male poker players so gender has nothing to do with poker.I am a female poker player. I play with a lot of the same men since I play at a local poker room. One of the men told a new guy the other day to watch out for me because I do not play like a woman. I did not know whether to take it as a compliment or an insult, but he said he respects my play. So I guess it was a compliment.
why do not many women play poker. think that they should play more closely because the woman is more sensitive and calmer than the men and afraid to risk too, so they hardly bluff.
