The most important thing in poker is definetly bankroll management.If you have 100 dollars to deposit and you spend it on one tourney you probably lose and no longer be able to play,but if you spend it on 90 one dollar tourneys I guarantee you will be a much better player about the 50th tourney and maybe even become a winning player.

I think first most important is experience, there are so many different situations that if you dont have the experience you have a great disadvantage ...second I would say is good luck, I feel u have to be lucky at least some to be successful. ..and professionalism I don't know look Phil helmuth awful attitude but a great poker player!
