How many have seen players with brazil, playing very aggressively. This is annoying in the game. Raise with any pair. On the flop, the raise or imee no pair, no draw. But it does not depend on nationality, it seems to me.

Brazilian players

I see many freeroll players complaining of Brazilians, but obviously these games many are inexperienced. Lack common sense.

they are too aggressive, that is why it is easier to pay your all in or re raise

They are very aggressive, I often see they have strange lines of the drawing. Sometimes it is very difficult to understand which hands they play with them hard to play)

I don't reckon that it is reasonable to think that people from one country play in a special style. It doesn't depend on it, it is just your own specific game.

when you see a Brazilian opponent , what attitude you usually take ???
None, I wait to see how each player at the table plays before I make judgement, country of origin has nothing to do with how I view players.

Try getting them to fold

They hold onto their cards like a dog does with a rat in his mouth.

And it's so annoying when they turn out right, because I've usually dropped a ton of chips on my superior(as was) hand to see the river card make me second best.

I just played one guy, and he had NOTHING pre-flop, but happily called my large raise.

Post flop and I was in a "happy place" and my large raise this time took everyone out except this fella.....who called again. Now, looking back after I saw his cards...he still had basically nothing, but with a wing and a prayer to beat me.

The turn card completes my hand, so I hit him HARD....and he calls. I am astounded, because I can't work out what he has.....turns out still not much to call even a modest raise.

The river does nothing for me...I'm complete....but it gives him the card he needs to beat me.

So, how DO YOU get them to fold???

Answers on a lovely coffee please.

PS This is about the 20th time I have come across a similar Braziian roadblock, and not a random odd response to a single situation. They are tough...ahem....nuts....to crack. Sorry, couldn't resist lol.

I usually don't care what the nationality but I have noticed that a lot of Brazilian players play too aggressively and often just raise for the sake of raising, I like that part of their game. :D raise, raise, raise, then fold to a reraise on the river, or a call on the river will get you the chips.

You shouldn't worry about their nationality.

:top:
I recongise the style you mention.
It seems this is the style promoted a lot (I've been to the same school): be agressive, if you can call you can raise, etc.
I don't think it has anything to do with nationality.

As a homage to dj11,
I would say it doesn't matter how much hair someone has on their private regions when they poker.

In general Brazil looks to be the new Russia,
stereotyped because of the huge number of players compared to other nationalities, mostly in freerolls, with a large proportion of that number not really caring about the game playing loosely hoping to get some free money without even investing much effort or time.
As has been said before about masses of loose russian players, or any loose players, whilst this should be good for a solid player to gain advantage, unfortunately the odds go down as for example a 60:40 advantage over one player is reduced against three, four or more players and the inevitable losses to weaker starting hands causes frustration.
I should however mention there are some long time members of cardschat from Brazil who are quite solid players.

I swear every time I see a crazy player I check to see where they are from and it says brazil. I was honestly starting to believe this was true until I woke up and realized it was just a coincidence. I think there are crazy players all over the world!

The same attitude I take quano see a player from another country. It is not the nationality that makes the player , but his posture, his moves , his status ...

pff of course you see like brazilians play ??? like a donks...russians aggresive monsters bluffers

For me there is no difference with which players to play or it is a Brazilian or Canadian or Russian or Ukrainian or from other countries, for me the main thing in the game is to get good cards and win and get good results from the game, but some players do not like to play with Brazilians but you have to put up with it because there are so many players from different countries playing poker and you have to play in tournaments with them anyway!

Hello.
It does not matter to me which country my opponent is.
In my opinion, it is more important to understand the opponent's behavior at the table.
Good luck.

There gathered strong players, I'm obsessed with their style of play. Watched the broadcast several times, it was interesting to watch the players. Some went with frankly bad hands All in, I was in confusion. Even I wouldn't do that if I had a bad game. It is a pity that there is no entry to this tournament for ordinary players, money is needed everywhere, and this is no exception...:icon_rr:
