What do you prefer, play poker online or live?

I didn't play live very often but when I did I really like it, there is a completely different atmosphere when you sit at a table with other people but I still prefer it to play online because I can play whenever I want and don't have to go out first

Out of the two, I think I prefer live. You can relate better to others in person. Online, there are a lot of crazy players, who play recklessly and just rebuy. In live games, you don't generally get the option to rebuy all the time, so the standard of play is better.
I just treat the online, as my place to practice with real people.

I also prefer live poker more. You can see emotions of other people and the atmosphere is good when you are side by side with others. You can see the dealer dealing cards, you can feel the cards in your hand, small talk with others, there is always some movement in the background....etc etc

On the other hand, it is time consuming. You have to dress up, get to the casino, there are no tournaments that cost less than 10€ (and that one is unlimited rebuy for 8 levels - the one I prefer costs 30€ (one rebuy only)), they are only in the evening. You need to be prepared that you'll spend at least 4 hours at the best.

But currently I play more online poker and that's mostly because of accessibility

There is no doubt that playing an online poker game is considerably faster and more enjoyable compared to live poker. You're sure to experience the same appeal and satisfaction playing poker online as you would with a live game, maybe even better. But I think they are two very different things, just for convenience I like online poker, but live poker is a very satisfying experience. I hope one day poker play some important tournament!

I only play online. This is enough for me. I would certainly like to play in a live tournament, it would be an interesting experience, but I will not have such an opportunity in the near future.
