When on a session I can't win a freaking flip. Or a just can't win a single hand even if my equity is greater than opponent.

When I lose 95% of my stack while I was winning late in a tournament.
Also when my temporary roommate keeps distracts me.

I tilt in cash games after a sequence of bad beats, now I am trying to work on it, I am learning to identify my "tilt moment" and I am doing some positive attitudes.

Occasionally I may utter the odd naughty word, but never tilt. It's just using a lot of energy, for no return. There's nothing you can do about it, so why bother.

If you are a person that tilts a lot, then my best suggestion is to google "Negativity Bias". It may help you understand why you tilt and then you may be able to eliminate it from your game.

Good luck, and stay cool.

A player/players who take too much time. Also the same for players who just raise for the sake of raising all the time.

Getting out of control is the reason for tilt!
If you learn to control yourself, then you will never have tilt!

Now that is the correct attitude to nurture.
You have already started to recognized the patterns for your tilts, and it appears you have started to implement the needed fixes.
So Great work on a very difficult aspect of the game.

Losing to a really low percentage draw. Being called with a gutshot that hits on a big bet that should have easily pushed that player out , and constantly getting rivered online by the highstacks- happens over and over and OVER.

I agree with
NHequalsFU, when one bad blow that does not affect me too much, but when there is a bad beat band, then I either stop playing or turn to small bets or inexpensive tournaments, I sometimes have 3 or 4 times the AA card does not play in the cache game and it's really a really bad game!

Tilt in poker in my opinion occurs by two factors one is a game in excess and another is the tiredness.
When the player spends hours on hours the human brain ends up following a certain pattern of play that has worked out in a certain situation, but the game changes and not always the cards that make you a winner will always win, there were situations that your opponent gave up and you had only a high connector and you end up thinking that you will always win with it so when I was in the same situation you will make a wrong bet if you have been playing for a long time.
The tiredness this is the worst thing a poker player can do is play tired, when you were tired your skills run out of quality and without quality you will lose in poker.

When I first started, anything and everything would put me in a mood not conducive for poker success. After a couple years of playing and talking with seasoned players you get a mindset that doesn't extend to allow that.

When I lose the pot with QQ. KK. TT. and many other situations. Although more often tilt occur if the whole day is some sort of crap. That evening to the game I can not always be prepared morally.

Tilt is imaginary. You control your own tilt factor. If you get sucked out on, get up and take a walk. If you don't you'll bleed money

You are actually clueless on this subject, so it would be appropriate to not post comments on things you surely haven’t a clue on.
Unless you have a neurological condition that eliminates any form of human emotion then as a human being there will be situations where you will be unable to control your emotion on a rough hand.
Common sense: but I have lived long enough to understand that it does not exist.

Ridiculous bad beats from players that have no business calling preflop let alone all the way to the river where they sucked out. I usually don’t tilt badly but get irritated internally.

im always tilting on bad beats....i need to learn self control and discipline so i dont....but its funny to me how ACR cards work sometimes...because i could lose AA to 2-4 offsuit...so i get tilted...next hand i have K7 offsuit go all-in and win....i think the cards work in crazy ways in online poker...

That’s bad energy man. I think constructive criticism would be better than what you said. I wish you the best
