I need to work on all of those issues ....most of us can do better . I consider the mentioned topics 'psychological' . Its even harder to master all of the knowledge , mathematics and strategy now available for those who want to put in total effort ! I call that area 'educational '.

Currently I am looking for better spots to shove.

In my opinion, you should always work on all aspects, if you neglect any one, it becomes your leak. And this particular leak can be ruthlessly exploited by the enemy

Years ago one of my managers told me to "Lean back and take a couple of deep breaths." in order to handle frustrating situations. That pulls you back momentarily from the situation and will relax you so that you can continue without it getting to you. It worked for me, and might for you.

I think my most important thing is the psychologie. Im a positive tourney player and if iam in a good mood i could make good scores and deepruns. But the mental part is a big upside potential in my game. It have some aspects. At first sometimes i level me in in hands and in players, so sometimes i make bad decisions. And if i had a good run a overplay and go in two many tourneys and then my play getting worse especially if im tired. A great mistake is then i play other games, like spin and go or kickoff, there is the variance very high and i loose there my money. Actuall i could only play freerolls and if i did not develop my mental strenghts its a circle win money in freerolls and loosing it in high variance games. I think iam a good tourney player but my mental and my bankroll skills a very rar.

Impulsiveness, I think I need to control this point and improve it as best as possible. Self-control also suffers and I should try to maintain it, and we'll try to do it. I have enough patience so I think we can improve everything else too
