poker feelings

I have been using poker to help me relax. I am a Veteran with anxiety issues and poker is pretty tuff for me. I sit here and play but am learning to just wait till I have good hands to play. I mostly play free rolls so its very hard. But over time I am increasing my playing time in these tourneys. Its been kind of a blessing.
