Playing at the weekends should be most profitable overall as most of the casual player base plays around those times, so you should have easiest way earning money. However if you are asking if you can live off poker just by playing on weekends.. then I'd say no. That would be a full time job, not just weekend adventures.

I mostly play on weekends. I rarely play on weekdays, unfortunately I don't have enough free time. But playing on the weekend I have pretty good results, my bankroll is growing and I'm generally quite happy.
