Update on Stars Summer Games

Limit Hold'em.......I'm in 43rd out of 166 left....140 places pay 20 dollars...top 5 send you to the final in about 2 months from now.

This limit stuff, kinda interesting. I can see a lot more flops early, can chase easier, but, you cannot easily chase someone off.

From about 180 people, the game seriously slowed down, people with 6k to 8k in chips even..taking every second to fold. It's crazy what 20 dollars will do to people. They've also turned chat off.

out in 80th place...not too bad 1400 started, and, until last weeks game I'd never really played limit holdem.

I cant' say enough to recommend this series to everyone.

In week my round 1 of week 1 I think I only played 4 or 5 hands before making the cut for $5. I think kicked into agressive mode and easily made the top 50 and round 2.

In round 2 I easily made the top 140 and $20. I didn't make the cut for the top 5, but I will be giving it another shot this week with the Stud Hi Lo.

If you target a Wednesday or Thursday to play your one shot for the Week, the field will generally be smaller and it's a great shot at an easy $5.
