At least I can try to tell you how to convert hands from ACR and pokerstars. 🤷‍♀️
In both cases, you need to go to the poker room folder on your computer.
Find in the folder find the folder with the history of hands.
There you find the HH code and open it in the notepad.
Copy it from notepad and paste it into the input window in the Cardschat convector.
Choose a format (text or video) and convert.

☝️Keep in mind that the Cardschat convector only works in English, therefore, in the case of Pokerstars, you need to go to settings ==>hand history==> check the box so that the hands are saved in English.
There you can also adjust the shelf life of the history of hands and from there you can go to the folder with the history of hands, from where you will take the text for the convector.

This is how it looks like:

In fact, when I tried to figure out how the converter works, I also asked for help, but it was unsuccessful: either I was poorly explained, or I was too stupid. 😅😅😅
I only remember that I was offered to write to the poker room so that I would be given access to my hand history (or something like that🤪), which I could then convert.

As a result, I sat down and began to look for how to do it myself and it turned out that there was no need to write anywhere and I had all the necessary information on my computer, in the poker client folder.☺
Moreover, if you are super mega advanced, you can write HH code for any hand yourself (but, this is not about me🤣🤣🤣).
I remembered! there was some kind of competition where one of the tasks was to publish a converted hand.☺

5. Apply the settings.
6. There should also be an item: go to the folder with the history of hands.

9. Select the conversion method and convert.
10. Copy and paste where you want to publish it.

I use Hand2Note, which in addition to being free for micro games and freerolls is very easy to use and get the history, remembering that this hud that I use works well on Pokerstars and 888Poker.

For me it's easier to get the hand history in the hud, because all the hands are already there and it's easier to locate them because I already leave the main hands marked in the hud, both in Ps or 888, in ACR I don't know why I don't play there.

First of all, apologies for the delay in answering you, it happens that I just got off work, in argentina it is 8 pm.
Don't you know that I couldn't turn my hands into the DC converter.
I did it in every possible way and it always sends me to support.
I have not downloaded it yet, but I will try to try with the HUD that you and Gritz recommended, the one that is compatible with PokerStars.
Tomorrow if I have some time I'm going to download it and try it.
