I very rarely show their cards. Sometimes this happens when you change the strategy. For example, I won with a combination of strong and going to the next hand to bluff. Or on the contrary, I won by a bluff and I'm going to wait for a strong hand. But in the 98% I do not show their cards. Let them pay to see my hand.

In Poker, Information is Power and you are giving it away for free if you show your hands

I think is true to show the cards, because opponent will understand your strategy only for that hand and you will decide for the next round what strategy us.

I show cards only when the situation turns out funny, and if I want to confuse the opponents strategically.

Is it worth doing?

Once again, showing your cards, you give the enemy more information about your strategy games.

However there are situations when the demonstration cards can be justified.

1 - You can give opponents false information about your manner, showing a winning hand, if you played it uncharacteristic for you.

2 - Demonstration cards, with the goal to break the psychological balance of the opponent. The most typical such case is the showing of the bluff. If the opponent of gambling, carrying a painful loss, so you can make him chase you in the future, be responsible for and pay for a strong combination.

3 - The autopsy of playing cards could work for your image. When you show opponents only strong card, most likely, of you will say that you are very serious.

It all depends on You.

Only show hands that you want to give away the wrong information about how you play your hands.

I never show my cards, makes bluffing alot easier.
All players that face me have to pay to see my cards.

I think that we should not show their cards to opponents it gives them the extra information that they will use. Everything has to be honest and victory must be earned

In a cash game, I like to show the cards at times. It just adds to the mind games and lets you take advantage of the next time you bet and your opponent has a decision to make. It is better not to show your cards but showing can make the game a little funner instead of everyone just quiet and playing like its online poker.

Very seldom I show, only strong hands. But often I meet players who show the bluff. Most likely they hope to anger rivals (and me too) that made mistakes. Such I add to notes at once.

Normally I never show but once in awhile when table atmosphere is right I will show a good bluff to get more action from player's or to even cause error in someones play.
