All players from ex SSSR play similar,they agresive and call everything what normal player usually fold and for that they been sometimes rewarded by some rigged software.

I think the nationality doesnt make a player. The player is made by itself and unique characteristics. But there is something unique about the different cultures around the world, that they could apply is the mentality, that at some points affects the way of thinking of the person. For example, some arabic countries are leaded by the religion, that is science fact that they are teaching their kids to be aggressive and to hate other people cause they are unpure.
Theres alot of examples and cases, I gave this specific, cause there the religion is playing very big role, affecting childs characters and make them what they would not become by theirselves.

In alot other countries nothing could stop you being what you want, no one forces you belive in something you cant, and thats why become more individual.
My opinion is that in some cases the country could affect the mentality, which affects your play. But at all, i think it could not affect your playing style that much.
Thats why there is no country that has only bad or good players.
