there is no exact characteristics on the nationality. Its based who is person is, in any nation there are bad and good ones, and everything is based just on experience and luck, there is a luck in a poker, without luck you cant get best place. But really there are so many russian players in pokerstars and other rooms, its look like that every room belongs to russians:)

In every country there are good and bad players, it's silly to say that someone is better or worse.

It depends on the number of players. The more people of one nationality plays the greater the percentage of bad and good players.

I don't think it's just poker. I'm pretty sure Russians have taken over the Internet period.

You play poker to play on! Turn off the chat and do not pay attention to stupid people! Be yourself and enjoy the game! To judge the entire nation for one scum at a table or video is a violation of all norms and rights. Be People, The Homosapiens. : D: D: D
100%. The first thing that I do when entering a tournament is to turn OFF chat. Why let someone get into your head? I do sometimes turn it back on quickly to tell someone they made a great call when it wasn't, then turn it right back off. I don't mind getting into YOUR head...

i think the russians are either super users on sites or have something that hacks the rngs. when they go all in they rarely lose. People can argue it but I seen it for years they almost never lose and suck out more then any other country I ever seen. Something is up. they can't all run super good. There was one guy playnig really weird in tournies. He played very tight from russia. But when a tight player raised he would jam all in pre with hands like 79o J4s just complete trash and when he did he would suck out on AA KK and premium hands. So the guys playing very tight but knows when ot push trash versus tight players pre and keeps winning? That is when you start to realize some sort of cheating is involved. They have bots on all the sites. They are basically ruining poker and have no business on poker tables. Sites continue to let the bot activity continue and they keep pickign the right spots to hit huge hands and snap fold when you have it= that is super user activity that i used to see on absolute poker but they are on all the sites now. And its all russian players i am noticing this weird stuff going on.

I think if you are judging players by their country rather than how you see them play, you are really doing yourself a great injustice. Many people play differently no matter where they are from. If you aren't trying to figure out what type of individual player you are up against you are surely going to be deceived by some of them. Naturally, there are going to be some cultural differences. I'm sure that as an American I behave in ways that are confusing or even nonsensical to Russians, but are perfectly acceptable in the states. The point is, we do have differences and some may be misinterpreted, but the cards are the cards and identifying the types of individual players at your table is far more helpful than lumping a group of players based on where they are from.

Yeah, the eastern people rush all in with pocket-pairs, the german with suited connectors and the rest with Aces of all kind. Where's the problem, I do all of it ;)
I am swiss, born in germany and live in mexico, i don't know where the problem is. You like checking until the river? I hate more the people, that inscribe to tournaments and sit out. Where do they come from? Australia? new zealand? Hahaha, just kidding, and serious, I'm sooooo happy to be in the CC freerolls now. A complete new world of playing poker online for free :jd4:

Each player has his own style of play independent of the country he was born or lives in.

Playing in tournaments I have seen different players and Russians and Americans and British and other nationalities, there are different players with different manerami games, and among the big poker players have all of the nation, so the bed the game of Nations can not be judged by the same player.

Among the strongest is not only the Russians but also representatives of other countries, this is not surprising, although we are glad that representatives of different countries in this list it says that poker is an international game.

Most agree with you. Still, in time, this stereotype will be seen or aggression is only a factor of the powerlessness of the poker player, which means that among Russian players there are more weak players

With US players mostly playing live games, russian players have taken every online poker rooms by storm.

I still don't know whether they play for fun or to make money. (as Hellmuth says,"East European donks...")

Ever see a link between their driving skills and poker skills? If you youtube 'russian drivers roadrage' or 'russian accidents' you would see my point.

My question is are they really full of anger when they play poker?

I hope with Trump deescalating Russian tensions, more Russians visit US and play at the casinos. It will be really interesting...

I'm from Russia. Indeed, not only in poker, but also in general 90% of stupid people. Probably it's forever. Old people are especially susceptible to propaganda on the part of the goverment. Alcohol and drugs everywhere. A lot of alcoholics and hooligans (we call them 'Gopnik').

It's a shame to be here. The situation is getting out of control and the authorities are trying to censor the Internet. If they want, it is possible to imprison anyone, even despite the victory of the European Court of Human Rights.

Correctly you note a Russian video. A lot of crazy people.

Well, the poker, there are a lot of Russian/German people here and you play with them often, so remember them.

In freerolls, some players can play for fun and some try to make money, I see in poker rooms that not only Russian players play
aggressively but also from other countries play just as well, I think if they would pay a lot of money for the purchase of the tournament, they would play neatly and not play on every card-all-in, but in free tournaments this happens all the time and with this need to be reconciled!

I do not understand what it was necessary to talk about Trump, I think it came to him without a difference, I'm in the United States or I'm sitting in Russia, and about poker I personally plan to earn money on poker rooms in the future, and who knows, maybe I'll get to live tournaments, and for this I read, learn in my free time from work

From what I have heard, the Russians are leading the bot problem. Right now the bots are playable, but they say as time goes on they will become unbeatable.
