In an environment of strong Bankroll Management, do you recommend taking all expenses from your bankroll, or only the buy-in, re-buys and add on?

Logically, if I drive to a poker game, use a parking garage and buy a meal and a few drinks whilst playing, those expenses are all directly attributable to the poker game and should be paid for from the BR.

However, if I was at home I would still have a meal, so why penalise the BR just because I happen to be playing poker whilst eating??

Your thoughts, please?;)

If you consider poker as your business venture, then definitely. If it's a relaxing hobby, it doesn't matter so much. I don't, for instance, use my bankroll to pay for my internet connection, but I do use it to pay for books, PokerTracker, etc.

Awp!! I hadn't even thought to include books, DVDs and the like, but of course you're correct - they're there to bolster your bankroll so must be treated as expenses...
