Basically the question is to those who live in Russia. But I do not mind knowing how things are in this and in other countries.
There is a rumor that you need to pay taxes from the money that I deduce from poker. I wonder who pays those taxes? If so, how much wins do you have to pay? I also wonder how something is tracked that I'm withdrawing money from poker? And how can you pay taxes from what is prohibited? (poker is banned in Russia)

Taxes on poker winnings in Russia, as well as on income from work, are paid at a rate of 13%. If you win 100,000 rubles, then the poker taxes will amount to 13,000 rubles. When calculating the tax base (amount of income), the player's expenses are not taken into account. If you bet 100,000 rubles, and won 200,000 rubles, then you will pay tax on 200,000 rubles, and not on 100,000 rubles, which actually made up your income.
