PLO5 is more like gambling than a game of skills

Yesterday I played my first PLO5 with a couple of friends. The crazy thing about this game is no matter how good you hit on the flop, you never know what will happen before the river is dealt. 4 ways all inn after flop is just a normal thing. What do you guys think?
