PLayers Disconnects during my hand, cant import to PT

So I see that this hand comes up with error when its being imported and the error is that Madcham disconnected during the hand so it cannot import? Ive tried it manually but the same thing happens? Im $4.20 up at this table but PT is showing me as (-$.80) Im using PT 2.16.02b (Yes I will upgrade to PT3 next payday! ) Thanks in advance for suggestions.
