1. Is it considered rude to raise/push a person out if they are "sitting out" for any reason, including disconnect reasons? For instance, let's say your LB and the person to your left (BB) is disconnected and, therefore, folds any hands automatically when presented with a raise. Is it rude to just raise preflop and take his blinds or do people usually expect you to just check it out to the end?
2. Is it considered rude to raise in SnG's and tourneys when somebody is already all-in? Sometimes people get mad when this happens because they argue the main goal is to get people out and the more people in the hand against an all-inner, the better chances they have of getting them out, etc. I guess this depends on the situation, especially when it comes to getting close to the bubble and how strong the raiser's hand is, etc.
3. If people ask you what hand you had, do you generally tell or not? More specifically, if the person put a lot of money into the pot and had a decent hand, but recognized that you probably had them beat, and they fold and tell you what they had and ask what you had, do you normally tell them?
Or if there's anything else that people normally do in online games (or even live games) that make you angry simply because it's rude, say so.
