How many times the big blind in a deep stacked money game can good players expect to make on average do you think?

Well i remember one of the book i read. To make a fair living around $20 an hour.

But i think $50 to cover peaks and falls. And to keep the wife pleased.

Depends from many factors, not only your skills. If you play every 4 hand and win 70% of them, so you are not so bad player.
