First thing I see this morning was that and the next few things that happened went something like this:
1) clicks link
2) reads page
3) reads page again cause i didn't believe it the first time
4) pinches self to make sure I'm awake
5) that hurt... I'm awake
6) starts checking ip addresses and url's to make sure this isn't a joke link
7) starts looking frantically to see if they are doing anything similar for US
8) can't find a damn thing
9) is now super jealous of everyone of you in the UK
10) is firing off an email to stars support to basically say "WTF?"
That promotion is amazingly awesome to everyone of you in the UK.
Seriously congrats to each and every one of you!
Although I'm not sure why they didn't just make everyone in UK a supernova, send em $500 and a pony instead.
Would have been simpler.

Does anyone here remember doing the survey for stars that gained you 300 fpps?
Well one of the questions on it was what incentive would bring you back to stars? And out of the options was a free level jump on vip system which I clicked just because the other options would be much use to me and as a micro stakes player the limit jump wouldnt have been a great benifit where I am but this is an excellent promotion, although I can see me taking shots at different levells in a week or two so my BR might be in danger.

People are going nuts about it I think they will either stop it or make it available to everyone !
I dont get if we get to keep it for next year aswell, as in a year of when we make it or is it just until the end of the year. I would have made it anyway just like in October or something but have emailed support to clarify whether I get to keep it for a year if I earn enough VPPs on top of what stars have given me
EDIT AGAIN: looks like we just have to keep SN pace up from next January:
" Even if we (UK players) get SN this year, we'll have to earn 10k points per month to keep it beyong FEB next year...! So, it isnt as easy as it sounds..We arnt getting free SN whole of next year..!! (Having said that, If am playing poker nxt year, I'll probably do enough to keep SN.. Hence, a big THANKS from myself to stars..!! ) !"

I think they will have another sick promo for other countries later in the year but tbh can any promo get better than this? This is worth like what 5k in Rakeback? Somebody said that figure but im not sure how much its worth to me exactly!

And its not like they havent run special promos for German,French and Nordic players in the past, sadly not as awsome as this thou.

Ya this really is just a ridiculous promotion, and to only offer it to UK players is yet another "F U" to US players that keep that damn site afloat. Someone please remind me of the last US-only promotion? (oh yeah, there never has been one)
