Live or online?

I've come to be a better player playing live...I'm pretty good at getting tells and my pokerface is pretty solid. Plus it's more fun live, but online ain't that bad I enjoy it as well not as much though.

I like much more online. You can play multiple tables or tournaments at a time and you can play quietly from your home when you decide it without problems.

Started playing online when the poker boom happened. I have played in local casinos cash games. The casinos around here don't really have good tournaments that is the main reason i'm stuck online. I don't mind online though its fast paced and more convenient. I just wish i could play at 888, pokerstars and fulltilt

The first time I played was online because I was even old enough to play Live at the time. I prefer online just because I can play more than one table. If I'm playing in a big buyin event though I like to play Live because the atmosphere is so much better than just staring at a computer screen. You actually get a chance to look and talk with your opponents at the table instead of being bored.

My first time playing poker was shortly after I moved to Vegas in 2005 for an unrelated reason. I stepped up to a 1/2 table at the Excalibur and trembled the whole time, but walked away with more than I started with.

Since then, I have played online much more than live. I only lived in Vegas for a short time, then moved to the Midwest...before the hammer came down for US players, I was playing online quite a bit. I've since renewed my online play vigor, and occasionally make the hour+ trip to a decent casino a state over.

I enjoy both live and online, for different reasons. Live is more fun. Online is more profitable.

I think it's easier to play well live while it's easier to make more money online. There are certain pros and cons to each.

online poker is more secret than live. and without interrupt.

i think online is the best way for playing....live or online doesn't matter....your play of game is depend on your skill and intergency
