I think the site just wants them to stop doing that... but they still want to make money from them, that's why they keep them playing...

that's why I avoid the 6-Max tables, and some of the SnGs... very large possibilities of colluders...

but you see it more in the higher stakes...

The biggest case was, Brian Hastings... data mining and combining his hand history with the rest of his Cardrunner buddies to bring down Isildur1 fro $4 Million.

You don't see it more at higher stakes, you will find it at the lower stakes more than higher stakes always. There are less people that play at each level as you go up in stakes and those players are much more able to spot when certain things aren't going right. At the lower stakes, the majority of players wouldn't even recognize that people were chip dumping to one another, let alone some of the other more hidden collusion techniques.

Also, the whole Brian Hastings thing ran a line. I don't personally agree with what he did, but others will argue that he was just going over and examining hands with Cole South, because he had played him before. Many argue that this is similar to players posting hands in a forum and getting feedback. Once again I still think Hastings was wrong.

I used to work as a Black Jack dealer, and whenever we caught someone cheating we would let the keep doing it if they were losing a couple of k in the process.

Perhaps Fulltilt is thinking along the same lines.

Haha how do you cheat in blackjack and not make money? Were they doing the whole team-play like in the movie 21?

Just because you're counting cards doesn't mean that you automatically win every time...

I'm with the original poster. It bothers me too, and it makes me wonder what sites like PS and FT are missing on a larger scale of cheating.

Now I'm sorry but I don't think that counting cards is cheating. Now if you're working with other players then yeah, but if you're sitting at a table and you're good enough to know the lean of the deck(s) then good for you. I don't think its cheating if you know and play the odds.

Well, we aren't going to get into the debate over counting cards and cheating. I don't think it is cheating either if it is an individual, but many others see it otherwise, including casinos.
