Я из Украины, и в нашей стране покер официально признан видом спорта. Конечно, это не позволяет предпринимателям где-либо открывать игорные клубы, но тем не менее в моей стране играть онлайн можно вполне легально.
Удачи
In the UK. The prize pool in any unlicensed event cannot by law exceed £100 therefore if you have 20 players each buying in for £5 it should by Law be limited to those 20 players, However there are times when we exceed the 20 player maximum and some times had 3 or even 4 tables going, with up to 8 players a table all buying in for £5 each. I did once host a poker game where we had 5 tables of 8 players, Each buying in for £10 and we ran it like a Bounty Hunter Game as a Christmas Special, but that was a one off.In my country playing poker for cash will be counted as gambling and will go to jail for it. Of course, I could be wrong, but as far as I know, in Ukraine “tournament poker” is considered a sport, but not all poker!!!Hi
I am from Ukraine, and in our country poker is officially recognized as a sport. Of course, this does not allow entrepreneurs to open gambling clubs anywhere, but nevertheless, in my country you can play online quite legally.
Good luck
I'm also from Ukraine and have been playing cash games online at POKERBET for quite some time. But as far as I know, offline play is prohibited by law in Ukraine, only tournaments can be played with real money entries, but cash games are prohibited.Hi
