I first got acquainted with poker when I was 18 years old and it was
pokerstars. And I played mostly freerolls, tournaments called 'school of poker', if I'm not mistaken, and it was fun with the prize money (If my memory does not fail me, then for the first place something about a couple of bucks). Maybe there are those who played these tournaments and remember that there was money? Then I didn't play for a long time, because poker was not particularly interesting to me (the reason, as I now understand these tournaments in which I played). From time to time I returned to the stars to play, started trying cash games with a deposit, but somehow I was not particularly lucky and decided to give up again. This went on for several years, then I returned and again left the game for a long time. At the end of 2016, I accidentally saw a freeroll from CC on the list of tournaments, and that's how I got to this forum. Since that time, I began to devote more time to the game. and 2 years ago I can say that I started playing almost all the time. now I'm 32.
