In chile, online poker is not regulated (yet). Live poker can be found in cash tables in major casinos and there are around 3 main poker circuits although ALL of them quite far from the capital. Live tournaments in these circuits are also really expensive so not a shot for small bankroll players like myself. We are lucky enough though to host one of the LAPT rounds, but that one is the most expensive of them all LOL
Live poker in the U.S. is great. It's not too bad online either. I wish Fulltitlt and pokerstars cash games were available for U.S. players, but Bovada and Carbon aren't bad at all. I played on bodog a few years back (don't know if it is still available for U.S. players), and it was also a nice gambling/poker destination.
in Kharkov (Ukraine) in 2014 worked 5-6 poker clubs.
in early December, they were closed.
March 7, 2015 club FLASH opened.
Tournaments and cash games daily.
about other clubs I don't know.
So I think that in Ukraine poker will live.
Online poker is accesible in argentina but with many obstacles to make deposits. Many players don't play at regular tables or cash tournaments for that reason.
monthly poker games are common in usa and have been forever but no legal I play online a lot now but is also not legal but all that should change in this decade
