On work days a good 2-4 hours, and on the weekends when I'm finished with the chores and landscaping around my house then I'll put in 4-6 hours. I make time for my spouse and kids, of course, and do my playing during a time when everyone else is doing their own thing i.e. school homework, laundry, and visiting their friends. I try not to alienate my family with my poker games as a healthy balance keeps me sane.

Also, if I know I'm having a bad day I sign out early and if I'm having a good streak I stay on an extra hour but no more than that.

Usually 2-4 hrs after work online. weekend casino trips: 6-12 hrs depending on how much im up. Set a limit for the amount of hours you play and once you hit that limit check your profits/losers..

I play anywhere from an hour to 8+ hrs a day. My winning percentage depends on my ability to stay calm and focused, greater than any other factor.

Days where I loose emotional control are filled with loosing streaks, while days I can keep calm I am typically winning the majority of my games.

My "luck" in hitting cards are usually during the start of my poker day.

Recently, day and night sitting in poker, freerolls, MTT-tournaments, apart from all this in breaks and spin-tournaments. The pleasure from such an uninterrupted game is little, not to mention the result... I took a break for a few days, frankly, it even became easier, now with new strength and pure thoughts again in the game. I advise everyone to disconnect thoughts from the poker for some period of time, at times - it's only good!

I play at weekend on tournment. Main reason is I have a day job and we have more fish at weekend. Think about that you have KK and a loose player go all in, what did he have ? it is 45. But tournment play for few hours, so I will prepare alot of snacks, fruit , cookies , otherwise you will feel tired before you get into the money.

I play 4-5 hours after work, on weekends it happens all day and half the night, for poker time flies not noticeably.

I play from 6 pm to 1 or 2 am Monday tru Friday and 12pm to 10 pm saturday. I try to play as much as I can. The best way to get better is sheer volume imo.

I play for about 3-5 hours a day, but I spliting them a lot recently cause I'm trying to get used to my A game, so I open 2 sit and go's and give my total focus to them, and I play only those 2 until they finish, and then I give a break of about 30 minutes. As this goes on I plan to add more tables and play for more period of time, so I'm working gradually and trying not to make bad decisions with my bankroll by getting tilted or playing my C or D game, as the same time I'm looking to reduce the difference between my D game to my A game, being more consistent
