I have played for for a day and a half and would advise against this, but if you do go onto play without sleep for 24 hours or more make sure to have alot of caffeine on hand!!
For about 18 hours I played without sleep. The first 6 hours I played in spin and go tournaments, and forgot about the fact that I registered in the tournament The Big, in which I played about 12 hours later and finished that tournament in 17th place and I stayed one step to the final. It was quite a good session, despite the fact that 18 hours did not depart from the monitor .. But in general, I think that for maximum results you need to play no more than 12 hours a day, after which the concentration and brain activity decreases sharply
Longest I have played straight was 24 hours and I was not focused on the game at that point. Just wanted to sleep. I try not to play more than 8-12 hours in a single session.
my worst played sesion when im got tilted, so i play entire a night, and in the moorning i just realize if i went busto. i hope in the future i can manage time playing better.
Longest ive played poker without any sleep is almost 24 hours. It was this year and i was building a bankroll from freerolls only. My method of madness was that i would have a greater chance of cashing in the freerolls early in the morning (1am 2am 3am 4am) because they have fewer players entered so i started at 12 am and went to sleep at like 11:30 pm the next day. I slept really good that night!
10 hours in 2 tournaments.. it was very hard.. i think 4-5 hours a day is enough or u will damage your health.. health is much more important than poker)
18 hours non-stop is the longest I've played tournaments constantly.
The longest I have sat at a live poker table playing cash games is probably like 8 hours. I don't even think I ended up losing or making any money that day.
