i to do exercise in the form of playing football. I play football during the week and on weekends most times. Helps me to relieve stress and also good for my health and also a favourite sport of mine
I live a hectic lifestyle and always set aside a morning or afternoon to prep healthy food for at least 5 days in advance. Buy some pyrex glass tupperware to help yourself commit to it. This is the key to good health for me.

The pc I must have eaten well, being so long in front of the pc. On an empty stomach, it will surely be a reason to lose my concentration, and going out in the afternoons to walk and make some bars keeps me in shape.
And the most important thing is to sleep, to have my mind clear and serene.
Make a love (i mean sex) every evening, smtimes morning when u have i time and u will be fit every day, of coz ur wife/girlfriend must be very beauty!! she has to stimulate u imho

In online poker, leave your monitor at least 50cm away from your eyes and when using the mouse, avoid doing it with your fist alone. Always support the palm of the hand and arm to avoid pain in the shoulder and neck.
