What I have found over the years and as I get a bit older, is that, because we sit down to play, physical conditioning has become a huge part of my daily requirements. Stretch and warm up followed by a good breakfast is crucial to starting the day so that I can maintain strong mental function throughout the day.

lol... I don´t do any exercise now, but in my opinion is really well do any type of exercise. When I do, I fell better and relaxing more. In my opinion a regular poker player need to alternate betewen some days for excersice and the other for play poker.

Sports like poker is very important in my life. So I'm always in shape.
In fact I'll go to the gym 4 times a week, but eating is with what happens.
A little exercise will do the trick top become healthy. You must also eat good food like vegetables, meat and fish. Also reading books will exercise your mind so when playing it can think very well.
I believe the regular hours of play do harm to health.
so to keep A game, needs restore and recovery for each session esp after long hours of play.
so based on the working model of brain and body, I choose to hiking , walking on trails, and climb mountains.
at least choose to catch some pokemons outdoors. LOL
Poker stars must have its own doctor for the players,although I m sure that thousands of doctors play in it.
