OP you're an idiot if you think a deposit bonus works this way. No two ways about it.

I agree FTP could/should be more responsive but in NO WAY should you be entitled to a $250 bonus. They could have allowed you to pull out your $200 and then clear a $50 bonus, I guess. Probably better for them just to have you cash out entirely and ban the account. It will certainly save them countless future headaches.

Thats how they do it on partypoker, and ultimatebet. It seems like you have to play forever before they take their grips off five dollars of the bonus money they offer. I've never heard of a site just automatically matching your money and giving it to you as a bonus.?/

Have you read the bonus release on full tilt it states...

For every fulltilt point that you earn .06 of your bonus will be released. This is probably due to the fact that I only depoisted 18$...It later says that my bonus will be released in 1.80 cent increments. So in your case where you deposited 250$ your bonus would be released in 25$ increments once you achieve the correct amount of points. I got fooled by this point bonus system as well on UB...From now on I don't even look at the bonus and just play to win money for money..gl & hope this helps

full tilt make thier money from rake and as a new member they give you some of that back as ancentive to stay at fulltilt for 6 months or however long it takes to clear it makes no difference to them if you achieve that entire bonus without ever risking more than 10 cents they get the rake for your play over the period of the bonus they do not give you anything free up front to play with you earn it they release it twenty bucks at a time
so obviously there can be no scam hes only taking off some cash he doesnt feel he needs there is nothing in terms and conditions saying you cant take full advantage of the bonus system or that you cannot withdraw some /all of that original deposit

Okay, this thread appears to be taking a friendliar tone now, which I am grateful for.

Please will you all understand that this is not really about the bonus, but if I am offered an incentive for free, and it doesn't cost, then I would like it.

I am simply warning that through a course of action I had been locked-out of my account, with no access to my money, and I am letting you know what my actions were to prevent others from suffering.

Sorry, but I think this one is your bad. You were trying to take advantage of the system by depositing money you didn't intend to keep there just to steal the bonus. You should have been less greedy and only deposited the $50 or at least left your $250 deposit there for a reasonable period.

what you did didn't make any sense and those actions eventually effect everyone else. since i'm sure FT has enough things to worry about, then someone trying to scam them.

Gill If I may say, first and foremost I have never depoisted on FT (Yet many on here have depoisted on FT ). Now those who have depoisted on FT, and earned the Bonus have done so in the Proper manner (Not depoisted then took the money out, hoping that the incentive for them to depoist in the first place would still be held up on the Poker Companies end and not on yours, I hope this makes sense)? Now is that a scam (Well duh, why is'nt it a scam ask yourself this question). You want something of greater and/or equal value for less then you and the other party have agreed upon. Now being blunt, the OP had done this act deliberatly, that being said and done, can-not expect ppl, to feel any sympathy for his course of action. He should be happy that FT is going to give him his money back, and that hopefully he heeds the advice of all that took the time out to try to explain to him why this had happend in the first place.

Yea but the admin is not.
