Donks can't loose, why is this?

I agree with you that was a complete donkey move on his part, but your post raises another question I've had for a while. Why does over half the world spell the word "lose" with two o's? It is not loose, it is lose. I don't know why this bugs me, but it is just mind boggling how often I see this simple word misspelled.

I guess because most people can't spell!

loose is to not be tight!
