You have to admit that it was fun picking on the nationality of other's. When I was playing heads up against a Frenchie whose only strategy was all in every hand, I used to quote Monty Python out loud - " I fart in your general direction", or if I had a trapped Norwegian I would say "Soon he'll be pining for the fjords"...

Let's say you are at the WSOP ME and there is a 21-year-old kid with a hoodie on your right and a 60-year-old on your left. Do you think their preflop 3-bet ranges are anything remotely similar?

These items factor in MUCH more then origin, but still pale in comparison to their ACTUAL EXPERIENCE ON THE FELT. Which is different from person to person, no matter where they are from.

2,3,4,5) Brazilians, Russians, Germans, French -- in no order

Brazilians, Russians and Germans = high variance styles that you must adjust to (surprised at a lot of stats I've seen which show how many players haven't adjusted their game from pre-BF styles, when games were much nittier), but very profitable.

That said, I've seen world class players, world class donks and world class luckboxes from every nation I've seen at the table.
No idea why certain countries seen to have a higher ratio of donkeys - its certainly nothing racist.
Germany seems to have a lot of really strong players - seems that way to me anyway, and a lot of my fellow Brits seem to play quite nitty poker (except for me of course....)
