When it comes to a controversial decision in poker, I tell myself not to do it, otherwise, I will regret it later. It's better to fold.

I think the psychological factor is very important for a poker player.
If the player can improve himself during the game.
It will be good.

Good afternoon my friends and friends. In my humble opinion, working on the psychology side helps a lot to be a more controlling and less compulsive player, improving your game, especially in the extra game. What do you guys think?
The psychological state of the player is of course very important and has a direct impact on his game, his decisions and I think even luck. Calm and focused players will always have an advantage over emotional and nervous ones.

I don't see a direct correlation between studying psychology and getting good results in poker.
It might help having a healthy mindset which might help poker results.

In my opinion, poker is more of a mental game than a strategic one, although in the short term there will be luck, in the long term it comes down to strategy, and because it is a mental game I think so, it helps.

I think psychology is a charlatan thing. If it worked, tournament poker would be full of them reading each other's body language and getting rich off of it.

I completely agree with you. The player must constantly work on himself, on his skills, discipline and on his mental state. In my opinion, the mental state is no less important than the financial state.

My mental state is always stable :)
I am never nervous, in general, I am naturally very calm. But it is obvious to me that emotional, excited players make more mistakes than calm and focused players. Of course, the mental state of the player is very important and each of us must work on ourselves.
