Do you "warm up" prior to entering a cash game/mtt?

It is generally considered a good rule of thumb to warm up prior to playing, no matter what sport you are on. Do you think this applies to poker as well?

Ive been playing on the Replay website, world series of poker App, and pokerstars with play money prior to entering into a real money cash game.

That way I get the mental gears moving and getting into the right headspace.

Anyone one else?

Obviously, playing sports has a positive effect on our physical condition, and our physical condition directly affects our game and our results. Unfortunately, I'm too lazy, I don't do sports and in general lead a rather unhealthy lifestyle. All my preparation for the game boils down to a cup of coffee and a cigarette, unfortunately.

My warm-up consists of physical exercise (special attention to the lower back and shoulders) and repeating my notes, perhaps talking through some goals that I set for myself for this session. In general, of course, this is an absolutely personal matter, because we are all unique, and there is no right approach - if you need a cigarette before the game, you have every right to do so :D

When the lock-downs first started I could only play On-line and I would start playing around 10.00am. with $1.00 Sit and Go 9 player games, Playing up to 10 games during the day, then after Dinner I would enter the Cardschat freerolls which start here in the UK. around 8.00 pm.
Funnily enough I did better in the Freerolls after playing the SnGs all day, so it might be that practising during the day did help me, and if anyone is wondering, NO! I don't work any more, I retired over 10 years ago so Poker and Computer games saved my sanity during those long Lock-Downs.

Typically, the training program includes: light jogging and analysis of mistakes and correct moves.

You could say yes. I always play some satellite to warm up a little.

Before playing I always review some tournaments and watch some videos with classes on range and poker courses. I write down some things I did wrong the day before and just focus on the game.

The best results I have gotten in poker are when I open a bottle of wine, open a pack of red marlboro and dive into the tournaments, put on some good music, turn my phone off and play

For me, the main thing is to get a good sleep before the game. If I haven't slept well and if I'm tired, poker only brings me frustration, I become inattentive and nervous.

I tend to meditate just before playing. I find I play better when I do this. I used to do some hand reviews just before hand but If I got really into it I would miss the start of the tournaments a lot more often that I want to admit.

In my case, I like to listen to music related to nature before starting a session.

I usually play a few hands at the cash table to warm up before a big mtt.
