If I'm nervous, then I smoke more. My computer crashed before last weekend, and I play in the league and just before the game crashed. That's when I was ready to break the computer, I was nervous all the time and smoked a lot. I can't quit.
I've never smoked in my life and if I did I probably would smoke more during a game of poker as it's a stress reliever. Same with drinking alcohol which I do drink occasionally.
I quit smoking 8 years ago, and no stress, problems or alcohol affect smoking.
I don’t smoke either.
And I think everything else is just an increase in habit against the background of experiences, and it is not difficult to win.
Fortunately I quit smoking and it's been a long time already. But I'm so sure if I still were a smoker, I would smoking much more during the poker matches.
In general, smoking is not normal by default, but unfortunately I also have this bad habit. And in most cases, I smoke more often than usual during the game.
When I play poker, on the contrary, I smoke less, every break, and in non-poker I smoke every half hour.No matter how strange it sounds, but poker keeps me out of my cigarette half as much as usual.
Never smoked, but I played a live cash game with a casual smoker and noticed he would only pick up his cigarette and put it down when he had the nuts. He would take long puffs if just a normal hand and short quick puffs if he was trying to bluff. Never played with any one with such obvious tells.
It used to be when I used to smoke a lot, especially when I was playing poker. Now I have no problems with smoking since I quit about 2 years ago. :bandit:
Usually no, only when I'm in a tournament or something important and I don't get one or I get several coolers in a row and my nerves increase a bit but I never realized if I smoke more or less
