Do you sometimes try to tilt other players online/live, so they play more unfocused or more aggressive?
I think the way you've phrased your question is loaded.
Here's the thing: You have many tools at your disposal which you may use to your advantage in a
poker game. Exploiting emotion is a hugely useful trick...though it is not without risk.
Online -- there are several ways to annoy folks...
Running the clock. @DavidMacDonald (MacFloyd) knows what I mean here!
Constant limping with trash.
Constant raising with trash.
Throwing throwables -- particularly the tissue box when someone loses (or the fish). People with 77 badge (100K
hands) and higher on their
pokerstars account dislike being called fish for some reason.
Overbetting a pot with nothing with three in the hand and short-stack is all in. (ie you push them off a pot where you both would ladder up if you let the other dude stay in the pot.
In person, I don't think intentionally and overtly trying to tilt someone is a brilliant idea, unless you are tough enough physically, because being an arse in live p[oker will often result in a kicking one way or another.
Slow play, live is the easiest method.
Gotta run!
