Here in my country it is a tradition for us to drink coffee , I run away from the rule , I love strong Brazilian - style coffee , with little sugar

I like to play focus, max concetrated so i used to driunk a coffea + Rhodiola rosea and water with no gas.

Personally strong black coffee, with three sugars, and the most recommended would be a relaxing tea, to play well relaxed and with music to taste, it would be great, what happens to many with coffee is that it makes them very schizophrenic and the nerves are elevated due to caffeine ,,, take what you like, just that it does not harm you to continue with the goals we have ,,, luck and health ,, let's avoid alcoholic beverages so as not to be paying too much and take us to the loss of unnecessary hands ,,,, let us do good and not look at whom ,,, good luck with your tastes ,,,,

Coffee is not my favourite drink. I allways drink coffee on funerals. So i only drink a cup of coffee if someone on my lovely peopls dies. Tea i like much more, the different flavors are interesting.
