If you are a winner in tournaments play only tournaments, according to I have read a tournament player plays cash in the end it will not be very good, but a cash player can play tournaments and be a winner

as they all say it is only discipline if you do not have time play sit go of course all modalities have their study

I agree with what you say. Cash is more difficult, there are many support tools available today to improve the game in cash, but in tournaments it is easier to achieve good results

I agree I don’t have much luck on cash tables.I prefer tournaments I find I’m more likely to make more sensible decisions which usually gets me deeper in the tournament.

It happens that cash tables require a lot of discipline and patience, it is a matter of going little by little, I for example play very passive and try to calculate my nuts and outs on each play, many times I fold hands like AK, AQ etc. I bluff, this strategy is very profitable for me because I never lose big pots and I generally win, obviously the profit will be more long-term but the losses will decrease a lot
