If you want short-term results, I play in cash, if you want a long-term investment, investing little money is a tournament! Sure in case you win !!

Personally I have made more money playing cash games as opposed to playing tournaments, I remember playing in a weekly game at a local club I used to go to, and my friend made 5th place and the money, although it was only £15.00
I was busted out early on when my Full House came up against Quads, so I went to a cash table the lads would start up and by the time my Friend had finished in the Tournament, I had won over£100.00 playing for cash.
You have to understand that playing in a Tournament is different than playing a cash game there is more aggression in cash games, and some players cannot change their playing styles to be able to compete.
Tournaments though will always be my favourite game because I find them fun and that is the only driving force I have, Poker is a serious game and I do play seriously, but I also want to have a little fun playing it, with a tournament you pay the buy-in, and that is all you can lose, with cash games there is no limit to what you can lose, unless you limit yourself, and some people don't know when to stop.

When the fun Stops, STOP!

Also in a tournament you can put more pressure on people for their chips, in a cash game if someone has heaps of money and doesn't care they can just call and chip up. They don't care if you're bluffing or not.

I like them both. But it depends on your preference. Cash you can hit sometimes in 30 minutes but most time it takes a little longer. Tournament you have to be ready for the long haul if you want the handsome prize in the end.

I prefer cash. You need a lot of time to play in the tournament. I’m not that good at poker. So I have to go to work)

For me, tournament is suitable for me. I can control the losses of my bankroll while in cash game every minute can go wrong.

I prefer tournaments, but I do appreciate how playing cash games doesn't have any time restrictions.

Same here I try to play both. But right now I'm mostly building my bankroll through heads up on bovada a little back and forth with cash games. Once get up I'm gonna start playing more and more tournaments.

I found tournaments to be more profitable for me. I think that players make much more mistakes there then in a cash game. But I have also to mention that poker tournament definitely more variance then ash games, so if you don't like to handle big swings cash games could be more relevant for you.:)

Cash play: Every party means cash (win or loose)
Tournament: Change some money to chips and after a few hours you can receive a lot of money.

Depends on the individual which type of game suits you.

This is going to depend on the player. There are players who are not willing to put in 12 hours a day doing online tournaments. Cash games give you the flexibility to play the hours you want, the down side is that the players are going to be better than typical Mtt players.

For me, personally, I go through stages because I cannot grind everyday like I used to be able. Now, If I only have a couple of hours I will play some cash games. I still do like to run some tournament tables if I have a free day that I can stay until the end. The problem, in my opinion, now that I am not concentrating and studying for one kind of poker, I feel like I am not always prepared for all situations. The upside is that I am basically just playing for fun. I am no longer trying to grind out a certain hourly.

I think the bottom line is you must enjoy whichever tables you choose to play

Personally I prefer tournaments, you have more margin of error than in the cash tables that each lost hand goes down little by little and without knowing you no longer have more, on the other hand, in tournaments you already know what your loss and profit limit is if you manage to reach it. to collections, in which 15% recover their investment and earn more, which is a high percentage

It's more profitable for me to play tournaments. I play cashes rarely, and as for me, there are more aggressive players than in tournaments.

It's a tournament for me ... I'm not a good player in cash games ... Maybe one day I'll change that, for now I have a small number of hands in cash games ... Everyone has a reason what's better

Tournaments. It trains me to stay disciplined and avoid tilt for long periods of time.

probably, I would most likely choose tournaments, they are more disciplined ... although discipline must be observed everywhere ...
