using drugs to improve poker performance seems a bit counter intuitive...

I feel that you must already be burning the candel on both ends to need drugs to stay alert
having said that the rebuy reentry period on acr has to be the longest I've ever seen and makes it counter productive to even start playing
a little beer and a movie on my cell helps with live play

caffeine which seems to be the safest can have a harsh climb down that can definitely affect decision making,
I find a little beer tunes out the distracting side thoughts and can allow you to focus but its easy to get the fine line wrong between a little and alot

Yes There is such seen streamers even in the camera, my opinion on this account is-if a person starts to use drugs comes a moment when he without them can not do and spending money from the beginning on poker and drugs in the aftermath he will spend only on drugs , maybe if 4 out of 5 Take that then three will become drug addicts
