Im asking this question because I have some experience.I play cashgame and keep winning
at that time.There are some fish.But since when I lose huge pot especially with bad beats,I get into tilt and keep losing the amount which I won.Then the final result of that day is tie.lol Maybe I have mentally problem and I know it. But I should make some standard to stop the session.Kindly give your advice or experience.Thank you!

You can't stop a session because of tilt. Tilt is a part of the game so stopping because of tilt will only cause you to tilt me and leave money on the table every time.

Having a monetary target in mind will make you very risk averse as you near that target and it can be very devastating to lose a huge pot when you are or were only 30 dollars off of your target. This can cause you to gamble more. Might work well sometimes but will almost always cost you.

The best goal you can have for stopping is time plus the game itself. Sure you have a vague monetary target such as 2 or 3 buy ins but it is very important not to make that your focus. Your stop time should still be determined by time and if while playing you get the vaguely set target of x-buy in. Even if it's 5 minutes in then your options are open, if the game looks tough then leave and come back when the game is easier but if the game is easy the for sure stuck around.

If while playing, the table slowly gets tougher as weaker opponents leave. Even if you are down cause you are now risking what you have for what you had. It is fine to leave.
You have nothing to prove. At the end of the day poker is about realizing edges and pushing them. Which means you should always try to play worse players.
