I just always stick to bankroll management and never go beyond my limit. Although poker is entertainment for me, I take the game seriously and always play responsibly.Today i busted my bankroll.
Its funny cos i didnt busted my bankroll playing in my limits, but i busted playing 1~2 Level over my habitual limits and played some games im dont play normally too.

I agree, good advice. I think the first thing to learn in poker is to stop at the right time!Quit and reset mentally. The only sure way.

I struggled with tilt for quite some time. In my experience you have to make playing the game about playing the game. When you're attached to money, winning or managing your bankroll you lose focus on what you're doing, you panic, and you make bad decisions. When you make bad decisions you lose - a lot. Tilt became less of an issue for me when I started thinking differently. Now I focus on my decision making - my goal is to make great decisions. If you can get your head into that space you'll play way better, win more consistently, and you'll get more enjoyment from playing. One other thing is to come to terms with variance. You need to play a LOT to get better and to have a decent win rate. Relax and learn to enjoy the process.Today i busted my bankroll.

When you play higher levels than you are used to, the first can be frustrating and difficult to overcome, but with the passage of time you will get used to that level and you will manage to overcome it. What would be wrong is to play off the bench, if your stack does not give you to play those levels, you should wait a little longer and then try to level up without risking your bank.Today i busted my bankroll.
