Should I be 3-betting for value?

My favourite play with aces (besides all-in for tournaments) is to raise from pretty much any position, wait for someone else to 3 bet then do a 4-bet. will mostly like lead to an all-in but you have also most likely weeded out all of the fish. of course, doesn't always win but that's the game.

I do not play cash game, you can not be varying the size of the bets, at the time you have high bets when there is no going limp, you get very easy to read your game
