From the little I know about College Football, SEC fans are really proud of SEC (whatever that is) but hate all the other teams in it. Lol makes sense.

Think I'm gonna stay in for a week. Well and truly ****ed.

SEC (South East Conference) is a group of 12 (soon to be 13 or 14 or 16) schools that compete every year in all sports. They are considered (rightly so imo) to be the best football conference. Lots of small city / states represented by those schools. Tons of tradition and crazy loyal fans.

The LSU fans we talked to were fine and knew how to enjoy themselves. They also shared some top quality Cajun food. Our only offering was the pepperoni roll which no one south of Virginia seems to have heard of.

The Cajun Lucy one and the Mary Shelley sound lovely, another thing to add to the 'reasons to go America' list!

While on a culinary theme, I now think I make better hotwings n wing sauce than frankie n bennys do, found awesome marinade and sauce recipes online and made some for the footy last weekend, might be a once a week thing from now on lol
