From the very beginning, I liked MTTs more, you have to be flexible, be able to assess the situation, the stage of the tournament, take into account many factors, unlike the cash game, in which everything is the same IMHO (strategy and tactics).

If you like tournaments than no need to ask this question I guess :) It's 100% personal choice of every player... I know that someone just feels uncomfortable playing cash and some who says that tournaments are too slow and it's no action there at all. Anyway you may try from time to time other disciplines, like even playing omaha, because it mught be usefull for your game (y)

I prefer tournaments, but I don't refuse a cash table from time to time.

I am like you, I prefer playing in tournaments, as I generally find them more exciting. However, I do think playing a mix of both is potentially the best method, as being used to different situations improves your ability to play poker in all of them, as you get more accustomed to different situations.

I also like the atmosphere of playing in tournaments more, although more than 15 years ago i started with cash games, and later switched to playing SnGs HU.

SnGs HU is also quite fun to play. It's like the final stage of MTT ))

I play almost exclusively tournaments. I'm used to them and they seem better to me than cash games

besides, winning a tournament gives you more of a sense of value than winning 2-3 all-in cash games, even though u regular playing and can bring in more money

I prefer to play tournaments but the cash tables also have their advantages, it's faster money, if you have a pro gaming level.

I particularly like both modalities, it will always depend on the day I am, if I wake up and I feel good and I want to play a lot of poker I enter tournaments, but if not I play in cash where the action does not stop since you start.

No one can say which is better for you because we don't know where you are more interested in cash games or tournaments. Cash games are supported by the fact that you can enter and leave a table whenever you want, unless there is an explanation that you must have played a certain number of hands before you are allowed to leave the table again, but that's usually not that many hands. At the cash table, that's what you play with at the table and you can increase your balance very quickly but also lose it very quickly. In tournaments, the disadvantage is that you have to invest more time, but the advantage is that you only have to buy in once and you can only lose what you paid as a buy-in if you can't make it to the ITM but if you make it to FT or even win the tournament, you usually have a much bigger financial advantage than with cash but then of course it also counts in which level you play. But no matter what you play, what you prefer comes first and that you pay attention to your bankroll so that you can keep the fun of poker even if you lose

well... I think it's a matter of taste... some prefer to play tournaments and others at the cash tables... I like both modalities... although I lean a little more towards playing at the cash tables money ....

play tournaments if you have a lot of time if you don't have much time, it's better to play cash games
In my humble opinion if you are restricted in time better not to start. Catch a loser and not have time to wait for the deck to come around. Or have to leave when you're hot.

I think that everyone should decide for himself what he likes more.

Personally, I really love MTT.
