Play cash or tournaments?

I also prefer tournaments. Tournaments have always brought me more profit and satisfaction than cash games. Moreover, cash games have usually only brought me frustration, so I don't play them anymore.

I only play tournaments, as they haven't invented a real money freeroll cach game yet.

I play both cash games and MTTs. However, I prefer to play more tournaments than cash games. For me, tournaments require more commitment and are more exciting.

On the other hand, cash games don’t require so much time, so there’s an upside. You can also win decent money there too.

Not necessarily, way more variance in tournaments, but yes in the long run if you are an above average player you should. It will take many tournaments to figure out if you are above average though

I think what people play is a personal choice. I love playing poker but cash games is not fun to me. Cash it about pure cash and noot the thrill of willing the tournament. While I will play cash I prefer tournament poker.
