Hi Everyone,
Im playing the Full Ring $2NL Cash Games on Full Tilt at the moment, and I have a few questions about it over a longer term.
Im playing very tight and aggressive, VPIP 13, PFR 9, Agg 55. Keeping it simple and no fancy thin value plays etc, trying to concentrate on the basics, playing correctly pre flop and waiting for good hands post flop to get value from. Virtually no bluffing except continuation bets or very exceptional circumstances.
So my questions are,
1. What is a realistically good win rate for these 1/2c stakes?
There are quite a few poor players. I'm on 19.04 BB/100 after 4133 hands. Does that seem realistic and possible over a larger sample, or will it inevitably drop? I know mine isn't that big as of yet.
2. How much of a step up is it to the 2/5c and 5/10c games?
My bankroll isn't up to that level yet but in a week or two I should be well rolled for the $5NL, so I'm wondering will I have to adjust much to them games regarding my play?
3. Should I have a larger bankroll in relation to buy-ins when I move up?
I currently have about $35 or 17.5 buy-ins, but should I wait until I get to 20 x $5 buy-ins to give myself room to be comfortable at the new level? Ideally I'd like to move up as quickly as possible.
Thanks all in advance!
