I try to only go in with strong hands, only 10 or higher, and only play the card without bluffs, wait for a good combination on the flop, and not draw other streets if I don't hit the flop

you always have to have an advantage over your opponents to be a winner, for that you must first study the game, have a preflop and postflop strategy, ranges of openings, the position in which you play the hand and also the profile of your opponent so you can take advantage, many things more you have to learn and that teaches you a poker school.

at small limits, you should play very carefully with strong hands and most importantly, you are not afraid to lose because there are players who will defeat you with bad hands and this may upset you the main thing is to have endurance

print up the open-raise range charts for your game and stick to them until you feel you remember them well enough.
AND, find some range charts for calling preflop!!! this to me is biggest leak of fish. your calling range should be tighter than your opening range.
play in position as much as possible.
and, play less tables while training your memory.
buy pokertracker4/hem. too many people focus on having a HUD as the main feature, but i feel that PT4's real strength is being able to study stats to improve your game.
